Shipping Policy
At Baker Homestead Tallow, every order is handcrafted, carefully packed, and shipped from Southeastern Oklahoma.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or charged at a flat rate based on your selected shipping method.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our products are made with natural tallow, butters, waxes, and oils that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
During periods of extreme heat, we may use insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your order, we cannot guarantee products will remain completely solid during transit.
If your product arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to cool and return to room temperature or place it in the refrigerator until firm. Product quality, performance, and safety are not affected by melting.
We strongly recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery and avoiding prolonged exposure to outdoor heat, mailboxes, porches, or vehicles.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Baker Homestead Tallow is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in our service area. When available, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed.
