Return & Refund Policy

At Baker Homestead Tallow, every product is handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care products, all sales are considered final.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested products.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Warm Weather Policy

Our products are made with natural tallow, butters, oils, and waxes that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.

During periods of extreme heat, we may use insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary; however, Baker Homestead Tallow cannot guarantee products will remain completely solid during shipping.

Softening or melting does not affect the quality, safety, or effectiveness of the product and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or return. If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature or place it in the refrigerator until firm before use.

Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery. Baker Homestead Tallow is not responsible for products left in mailboxes, on porches, in vehicles, or other locations where exposure to heat may cause melting or softening.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Baker Homestead Tallow is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.
